ElevateHer is a free learning app that helps women start and grow their own business. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information the app uses and how it is kept.

Information you provide

When you create an account, you enter your name, phone number, age, where you live, your education level, a password, and (if you choose) an email address — the email is optional and is used only to help you reset your password. As you learn, the app also keeps your lesson progress, points (XP), and daily streak.

How your information is stored

ElevateHer can run in one of two ways:

• On your device (default): your information stays only on your own phone, in the app's storage. It is not sent to us or to any server, and we cannot see it.
• Cloud account: if cloud sync is turned on for your programme, your account and progress are stored securely in our cloud database (hosted by Supabase) so you can sign in from any phone. Your information travels over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and your password is stored only in a scrambled (hashed) form.

Either way, your information is used only to run your account and show your progress. We do not store your password in plain text.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell or share your personal information.
• We do not show advertisements.
• We do not use third-party trackers or analytics.

Read-aloud audio

Lessons include pre-recorded narration that plays inside the app. If a recording is unavailable, the app may use your device's built-in text-to-speech voice.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time from the "Me" screen — tap "Delete my account". This permanently removes your account and progress from your device, and from our cloud database if cloud sync is on. You can also clear the app's stored data on your phone.

Children

ElevateHer is intended for adult women entrepreneurs and is not directed at children.

Your choices

You can remove your information at any time by signing out or by clearing the app's / browser's stored data on your device.

प्राइवेसी पॉलिसी

एलीवेट हर एक मुफ़्त सीखने वाला ऐप है जो महिलाओं को अपना काम शुरू करने और बढ़ाने में मदद करता है। हम आपकी निजता का सम्मान करते हैं। यह पॉलिसी बताती है कि ऐप कौन-सी जानकारी इस्तेमाल करता है और उसे कैसे रखा जाता है।

आप जो जानकारी देती हैं

जब आप खाता बनाते हैं, तो आप अपना नाम, फ़ोन नंबर, उम्र, आप कहाँ रहते हैं, आपकी पढ़ाई का स्तर, एक पासवर्ड और (अगर चाहें) एक ईमेल भरते हैं — ईमेल ज़रूरी नहीं है और सिर्फ़ पासवर्ड भूलने पर नया पासवर्ड बनाने के काम आता है। जैसे-जैसे आप सीखते हैं, ऐप आपकी प्रगति, अंक (XP) और रोज़ की स्ट्रीक भी रखता है।

आपकी जानकारी कहाँ रखी जाती है

एलीवेट हर दो तरीकों से चल सकता है:

• आपके फ़ोन में (डिफ़ॉल्ट): आपकी जानकारी सिर्फ़ आपके अपने फ़ोन में रहती है। यह हमें या किसी सर्वर पर नहीं भेजी जाती, और हम इसे नहीं देख सकते।
• क्लाउड खाता: अगर आपके कार्यक्रम के लिए क्लाउड सेव चालू है, तो आपका खाता और प्रगति हमारी सुरक्षित क्लाउड सेवा (Supabase) में रखी जाती है, ताकि आप किसी भी फ़ोन से साइन इन कर सकें। जानकारी एक सुरक्षित (एन्क्रिप्टेड, HTTPS) कनेक्शन से जाती है और आपका पासवर्ड सिर्फ़ छिपे हुए (हैश किए) रूप में रखा जाता है।

दोनों ही हालत में, आपकी जानकारी का इस्तेमाल सिर्फ़ आपका खाता चलाने और प्रगति दिखाने के लिए होता है। हम आपका पासवर्ड साफ़ अक्षरों में नहीं रखते।

हम क्या नहीं करते

• हम आपकी जानकारी न बेचते हैं, न किसी से साझा करते हैं।
• हम कोई विज्ञापन नहीं दिखाते।
• हम किसी बाहरी ट्रैकर या एनालिटिक्स का इस्तेमाल नहीं करते।

पढ़कर सुनाना (ऑडियो)

पाठों में पहले से रिकॉर्ड की हुई आवाज़ होती है जो ऐप के अंदर ही चलती है। अगर कोई रिकॉर्डिंग न मिले, तो ऐप आपके फ़ोन की अपनी आवाज़ का इस्तेमाल कर सकता है।

अपनी जानकारी मिटाना

आप जब चाहें "मैं" स्क्रीन से अपना अकाउंट हटा सकते हैं — "मेरा अकाउंट हटाएँ" दबाएँ। इससे आपका अकाउंट और प्रगति आपके फ़ोन से, और क्लाउड सेव चालू होने पर हमारी क्लाउड सेवा से भी, हमेशा के लिए हट जाती है।

बच्चे

एलीवेट हर बड़ी उम्र की महिला उद्यमियों के लिए है, बच्चों के लिए नहीं।

आपके पास विकल्प

आप जब चाहें साइन आउट करके या अपने फ़ोन से ऐप/ब्राउज़र का सेव किया डेटा हटाकर अपनी जानकारी मिटा सकते हैं।
